Average transaction prices of new flats (see note for definition) in the Czech Republic reached 134 thousand CZK in the second quarter of 2025. CZK per sqm and in Prague CZK 163 thousand per sqm. The range of minima and maxima of these average prices in other regions reached CZK 73 to 124 thousand per sqm (i.e. 122% of the average transaction price in the Czech Republic). CZK/m2 (i.e. between 55 and 93% of the average transaction price in the Czech Republic), which are the prices traded for the Karlovy Vary Region and the South Moravian Region.
