CBA Commentary

Average transaction prices of flats in older buildings in the Czech Republic reached CZK 75 thousand in the fourth quarter of 2025. CZK per sqm and in Prague 145 thousand CZK per sqm. The range of minima and maxima of these average prices in other regional cities reached 46 to 114 thousand CZK per sqm. CZK/m2 (i.e. between 62 and 152% of the average transaction price in the Czech Republic), which are the prices traded in the cities of Ústí nad Labem and Brno.
