Average transaction prices of flats in older buildings in the Czech Republic reached CZK 75 thousand in the third quarter of 2025. CZK per sqm and in Prague 141 thousand CZK per sqm. The range of minima and maxima of these average prices in other regional cities reached 44 to 111 thousand CZK per sqm (i.e. 188% of the average transaction price in the Czech Republic). CZK/m2 (i.e. between 59 and 149% of the average transaction price in the Czech Republic), which are the prices traded in the cities of Ústí nad Labem and Brno.

The "older apartments" category includes, according to Flat Zone's methodology, apartments built before 1995. While the category "new and replacement flats" includes first sales of new flats (in the developer-client relationship; at the time of sale according to the price list) and resales of new flats (so-called replacement flats in the client-client relationship; at the time of registration in the Land Registry) built since 1995.
